Simple process when booking and I was contacted quickly to confirm details. On the day, I was seen to by a very helpful member of staff who gave me plenty of information on what to expect since it was my first service and wasn't sure what would be done. The courtesy car I received was also very good. Every time I visit Pulman Sunderland, I'm always greeted by very friendly staff.
