We had asked for a courtesy car but then decided against this, as we could get the bus relatively easy. However, on the day it was raining heavily and service reception bent over backwards to arrange a lift for us. The service was also carried out in record time

The whole experience was excellent, from booking to car collection, the service, MOT, maintenance and repair work all went smoothly, quickly and worry free. My car was returned washed and vacuumed and in top shape. This was total customer service at its best
