Everything was great.
Everything was great. Advice given about different finance options and no pressure to agree to anything. On the day of collection I was shown everything about the car and Paul took time after work to allow test drives and sign documents etc. when I was busy during open hours. Would definitely consider coming back when I need another car.

Sale good but after sale poor.Unable to contact anyone for queries. No info
Sale process very unclear.. After sales poor. Unable to get help for queries regarding car . No information on the breakdown cover , eg an emergency number to ring. Shudder to think how to get help out of hours. No help available over the telephone in any case.

Excellent phone manner and great face to face experience with all Pulman employees. All points of contacts were efficient, polite and enjoyable. A good negotaition experience and I felt I received a good deal for my trade-in and purchase in a tough economic climate. Very proactive nature of customer service but without being too pushy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that when it came to the handover at the end and I actually sat in the car for the first time it did not have the fitted...
