Great service from James and the rest of the team. From ringing them to ask if they had a suitable vehicle to viewing the car and agreeing a deal was less than 3 hours! Thank you

Great customer service and great car

The salesperson was very helpful and went through a variety of options with me in order to get the best car within my budget. The whole experience was very pleasant and straightforward, and I would definitely recommend Pulman, and likely to buy from them again in the future.

Had the opportunity to meet Salesperson Matthew Sanderson at Pulman Volkswagen early November 2019 after our Mercedes A class got stolen. Excellent service from Sales to After Sales.

Everything perfect from Sales with Abbi Milburn to After Sales with Nathan Alexander. Car returned valeted too. I would definitely recommend Pullman Vilkswagen, Durham.
