Outstanding service! They have plenty of stock for used and new VWs, the staff are friendly and helpful, Malcolm assisted me through the entire process he was patient and helpful answering all the questions I had honestly and clearly which in the end helped me find the perfect car. They even offered a good deal beating the price of a similar car at a rival dealership. When the car was ready to be picked up it was covered up which was a nice touch considering most dealerships will only do this for new cars. I will be visiting Pulman again when the time comes for a new motor!
Always a pleasurable experience. Great friendly staff and a really nice cafe inside. Best VW dealers in the area fantastic showroom and waiting area. Complimentary sandwich and drink while your car is in for a service. Wouldn't dream of going any where else. Best prices and the best deals for new and used cars. DURHAM SHOWROOM - I wouldn't normally give feedback on customer service but just wanted to leave a quick note to say what a pleasure buying a car from Pulman was. Whilst your showroom is rather nice and I appreciated the long/weekend opening hours, what really made it for me was the service received from Mark Stafford, despite my endless questions and changing my mind about what kind of car I wanted several times... As my mother already has her eyes on my new car, I'm sure I'll be back for another in the not-too-distant future!
DURHAM SHOWROOM - Mark was friendly and helpful - he took me seriously despite me attending the garage with the kids and no man in tow - I raise this because when I attended the lookers garage at Darlington a couple of weeks before they didnt - so that was important to me, he arranged a test drive, had a look at my car on the same day and gave me a valuation so everything was done in one sitting - important to me as, like most people these days, I'm really busy - he has responded to all of my queries quickly and efficiently so made the purchase simple for me Other feedback? I enjoyed receiving the email hyperlinks which showed the car (firstly just after it was shipped in and secondly when it was in the showroom), I absoluely hated having it unveiled in the showroom, personally I would have rather had it waiting in the forecourt for the pickup, but I get the reasoning behind it and I guess lots of other people love the approach
