Outstanding service! They have plenty of stock for used and new VWs, the staff are friendly and helpful, Malcolm assisted me through the entire process he was patient and helpful answering all the questions I had honestly and clearly which in the end helped me find the perfect car. They even offered a good deal beating the price of a similar car at a rival dealership. When the car was ready to be picked up it was covered up which was a nice touch considering most dealerships will only do this for new cars. I will be visiting Pulman again when the time comes for a new motor!

Always a pleasurable experience. Great friendly staff and a really nice cafe inside. Best VW dealers in the area fantastic showroom and waiting area. Complimentary sandwich and drink while your car is in for a service. Wouldn't dream of going any where else. Best prices and the best deals for new and used cars. Always speak to Steve Swainston and Chris Taylor who are very attentive and professional.

Always very helpful and you get a free coffee or tea and a bacon sandwich while waiting for car to be serviced.

Warranty work done quickly and efficiently many thanks to Don the warranty manager. Top bloke friendly and no bulls**t.

2nd car I got from Barry Dawson last wednesday. He is a legend of a man (im not presumming his pronoun of course). He want above and and beyond for me. Give the man more money........now.

Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Aftersales department - I had not booked a ride home but the staff went out of their way not to leave me stranded. Above and beyond what they were required to offer. A throughly professional service provided from the moment I walked into the building to the point of collecting and driving my car home. Staff were attentive and addressed all my needs. Staff went out of their way for me which is all a customer can ask.

Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Aftersales Department - was offered courtesy car but didn’t need it. I was offered refreshments while car was being serviced but again did not take up the offer as I had booked car in to fit with other plans and so was happy to drop car in and call back but all options were offered. It was obvious that car had been well cleaned inside and out when I returned to collect it. Although I was offered refreshments, I did not on this occasion have any as I had other plans for the duration of the service. Reception visible on entry, friendly staff booked car in and offered refreshments in light, pleasant cafe visible from reception. Received text when car was ready and was taken to where car was waiting to be collected, again be friendly member of staff. Pleasant experience from start to finish, felt valued as a customer. Could not have asked for more. Everyone, from entering to leave car for service to returning to collect it on completion, was efficient, polite and friendly.
