Outstanding service! They have plenty of stock for used and new VWs, the staff are friendly and helpful, Malcolm assisted me through the entire process he was patient and helpful answering all the questions I had honestly and clearly which in the end helped me find the perfect car. They even offered a good deal beating the price of a similar car at a rival dealership. When the car was ready to be picked up it was covered up which was a nice touch considering most dealerships will only do this for new cars. I will be visiting Pulman again when the time comes for a new motor!

Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Aftersales Department - The price quoted for my 2 year service was competitive and booked easily over the phone.While the car was in the workshop I was contacted by text to say a health check had been done with no concerns.When I booked I was told the car would be needed for a number of hours and right on que I was contacted by text to say my car was ready.The car had been washed and the floor mats shook outside. The whole process was dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Free wi-fi and refreshments - relaxing cafe in which to wait. everyone from the car park supervisor ( who had obviously been alerted to my expected arrival to the reception desk staff dealt with me with courtesy and efficiently.
