Outstanding service! They have plenty of stock for used and new VWs, the staff are friendly and helpful, Malcolm assisted me through the entire process he was patient and helpful answering all the questions I had honestly and clearly which in the end helped me find the perfect car. They even offered a good deal beating the price of a similar car at a rival dealership. When the car was ready to be picked up it was covered up which was a nice touch considering most dealerships will only do this for new cars. I will be visiting Pulman again when the time comes for a new motor!

Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Aftersales Department - Agreed on a convenient date/time on initial telephone call. Reminded of this on day before by email. Did not request a courtesy car. Indicated I would wait at dealers for work to be completed and this was done within the forecasted time. All work on car carried out to my satisfaction Found car well cleaned on handover after work completed. dealt with the work on my car efficiently and within the estimated time scale. Everything carried out to my satisfaction. Free wi-fi and refreshments - relaxing cafe in which to wait. everyone from the car park supervisor ( who had obviously been alerted to my expected arrival to the reception desk staff dealt with me with courtesy and efficiently.

I received a video just to say no work was needed as everything was in the green. Just felt like it was a waste of time sending a video just to say this especially when I was only sat in the cafe area and hadn’t even seen the email until later on in the day when I was no longer at the garage. Was greeted with a welcome and booked in straight away no problem at all. Was even pointed to where my car was parked after the servicing.
