Outstanding service! They have plenty of stock for used and new VWs, the staff are friendly and helpful, Malcolm assisted me through the entire process he was patient and helpful answering all the questions I had honestly and clearly which in the end helped me find the perfect car. They even offered a good deal beating the price of a similar car at a rival dealership. When the car was ready to be picked up it was covered up which was a nice touch considering most dealerships will only do this for new cars. I will be visiting Pulman again when the time comes for a new motor!

Complimentary sandwich and drink while your car is in for a service. Wouldn't dream of going any where else. Best prices and the best deals for new and used cars. Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Aftersales Department - Service reception was very slick. Nice friendly staff and best of all free coffee and breakfast sandwich for us both! Service reception knew exactly which service was due and all paperwork prepared. An issue with our entertainment unit was booked under warranty work. Call back for work that needed doing was quick and efficient with no pressure. All paperwork was pre completed and they knew exactly which service was due (unlike our local VW dealership!). We were dropped off in Durham after our sandwich and coffee and the car was ready and washed upon our return as promised. All work was completed as expected and on time. We returned to the dealership early (before anyone called us to say it was ready) and were advised that it was just being washed and complimentary drink was offered whilst we waited for about 5 minutes.
Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Aftersales - I was subsequently contacted to say they needed to keep the car overnight. The next day I was contacted by a member of staff to say the had located the problem and I authorised the work. This was followed by an e mail attaching a report. When the work was completed I received an e mail letting me know the car was ready. Your staff provided an excellent service. They kept in contact via telephone and following up with an email. You should be very proud of your staff’s skills. It was really painless and I felt well informed and confident in the process.
