What did you particularly like when buying your new vehicle?............... I was delighted with every aspect of both the initial discussion with Paul Souter and the acceptance of the deal offered. Paul`s patience and attention to detail was admirable. I was particularly impressed with the help in the form of videos which were sent to me prior to delivery, so that I could familiarise myself with the many new aspects of my new Golf. Nothing was too much trouble and Paul was always able to answer my questions. I would most certainly recommend Pulman (Sunderland) with particular reference to Paul Souter.

Is there anything Pulman VW Sunderland could have done to improve?.....No, the experience was great. The salesperson Steve Young was excellent and went out of his way to help. I was buying the car as a first car for my daughter and had a timescale which Steve took into account and it all went according to plan. Handover was perfect and Steve even came and collected me from home as it was difficult for me to get to the garage. This is the best experience of buying a car I have had in over 30 years of driving, hassle free, and I would definitely recommend this garage and Steve to my family and friends.

The reason I bought from Pulman was because of the service I received from Steve Young. There was no pressure to sell and he quoted me a price for exactly what I wanted. There were no hidden costs, it was all very straightforward.
