It was the attitude of the two staff members, Chris Herrman and Andrew Bell. Both were courteous and thoughtful, and went out of their way to be helpful, without being pushy. As a woman, I normally hate going to a garage to look for a car, salesmen are usually patronising and assume I don't know anything (and actually, I know quite a lot!), they make silly comments like do I like the colour (the last thing I would worry about), and the size of the boot so I can fit in all my shopping (yeah, top priority,not). In reality, I'm focused on economy, reliability, engine performance, and resale value. So usually I get patronised and spoken down to. Neither Chris nor Andy did this at all, they sensibly made the assumption that I'm not a ditsy female and that I don't need my husband's permission to spend my own money. I can't speak highly enough of them, and hope that all the sales people in the branch are just as good. What could the Retailer have done to make your service experience even better?
