From the beginning I felt like the service I was given was totally personal to me, at no point did I just feel like another customer, everything felt special. I never once felt pressurised by my sales executive, I felt he was always totally genuine and really cared about what I wanted from buying my new car. I loved receiving the update videos, these really added to the special quality of the service. I felt I was given all the advice and information I needed.
