Pulman Volkswagen Durham, New Vehicle - We were not put under any pressure to purchase and the advice given to s was to suit what we really wanted both in model of car, colour, and interior deco. A test drive was not necessary as this is the second Golf we have purchased and most features are the same as in our other vehicle. We were shown the car we had decided to purchase so we knew what we were getting. The continued dialogue between Michael Stones and ourselves was excellent and the car was prepared and handed over to us in just three days fully taxed and insured. Our experience was excellent and Michael Stones, the salesman, was very accommodating and showed excellent knowledge of the full Volkswagen range leaving us under no undue pressure to choose the car we wanted. My wife and I were offered free lunch and coffees on both days that we attended the sales room. The day of the handover was exciting for both my wife and I and we were treated with due respect by Michael who took us through all the steps with ease and honesty. Five star service by an experienced and kind salesman.

I felt very looked after, all my questions were answered fully & the customer care I received was superb. James Earnshaw listened to what I had to say about my requirements for my new car he didn't just go through a list of features. He did give information on other features I had not listed as requirements but as he made reference to my requirements this showed he had listened to me as a customer. Not only James, but everyone at Pulman was friendly & helpful. This is the reason that my current car is the second I have purchased from you

A testament to James Earnshaw in delivering good service. Great service and communication from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was really friendly.

Pulman Volkswagen Sunderland, Aftersales - I was driven home after I delivered the car and then collected when the car was ready. My inconvenience during the whole experience was minimal. The car had been washed and vacuumed satisfactorily I experienced no problems whatsoever during the visit The service team were very courteous and professional and were aware of the work needing to be carried out on my vehicle. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. The engineer responsible thoroughly examined the car and found no defects

Valeting and cleaning service brilliant. Saved me a job thanks. Well organised fast efficient service and a very helpful company First class all round well done Pullman VW . You will definitely be carrying out my next service and mot even though I am a time served engineer myself. Used to always buy Fords but their service is not a patch on Pullman VW Value for money work carried out to a high standard
