Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Approved Used Vehicle - The team knew that we were arriving in the morning and welcomed us as soon as we stepped out of our taxi. Having found the car on the internet, my initial contact with the dealer was by e-mail and telephone. I agreed to purchase the car after being sent a personalized video by the sales representative James Earnshaw. We traveled to Durham by train and collected the car on the morning of the 19th of December. The car was immaculate, had been MOT'd and serviced prior to out collection. I had, in fact, decided to purchase the car immediately after seeing it on Pulman's web-site. I very much liked the wood-finish of the interior trim. It was also replacing a Volkswagen Passat (which I had earlier sold privately) so we knew very much what to expect. There was no aspect of our experience with Pulman that I could critcize.

Vehicle transfer and collection arranged at mutually agreed times. The spec of Passat I wanted wasn't available at the dealership but was sourced and acquired on my behalf. Kept in the loop at all stages. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pulman Volkswagen Durham, Approved Used Vehicle - Everyone was very friendly and Dean our salesman did his very best to ensure we got the best deal. Everything went very smoothly the only slight gripe was the maps and more went missing but dean arranged fir this to be ordered and I picked it up next day Dean asked the right questions to see what car would suit me at a manageable price. He took time to explain all the products and wasn’t pushy at all. Dean asked all the right questions on my first visit to check what my needs were we looked at polos and ups, but it was the hi up that I really wanted. I wasn’t sure I could afford it as mine is the second car but Dean worked out a deal that worked. Dean sent me e-mails Andretti my first visit explaining how finance worked and a video of the car I was interested in. It was easy to contact Dean after sale agreed to ask any questions Each time I visited Pullman I was offered a drink. On one occasion We even got a little mince pie. The finance was explained in simple terms and we picked the option that suited our circumstances Dean ensured car was checked over and was perfect for collection

Pulman Volkswagen Sunderland, New Vehicle - When I went to pick up my new car, I was really made to feel like a valued customer. I was so happy with the way everything was organised for me. Steven had definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new car! I was given some great advice about the vehicles available and on offer which resulted in me deciding to purchase the car on the same day as I felt really happy about the deal I was getting. Steven Young was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I went to view the car. He really took his time to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful.
