DURHAM SHOWROOM - just to say how kind helpful and thoughtful Claire was...I wasn't a customer buying a car ..just someone who was completely stuck with no car and no phone. I came into the garage just to the cafe for a coffee and to ring for a taxi home. Claire was finishing her shift and offered me a lift home with her...when I think of all the Management seminars and customer service etc that is taught she showed genuine care and empathy which can't be taught ..I wanted to let you know as anyone I speak to I will be mentioning her and the garage ..if you have staff like her it will certainly be a success...

DURHAM SHOWROOM - I am absolutely loving my new car. It's a bit like driving an aeroplane with no wings...All the technology is a bit daunting but every time I drive it starts to make sense a bit more haha. Max is really loving his Teddy Dean. Thank you so much for that. Such a thoughtful gesture. I'm really delighted to have the opportunity to let you know how I found my experience with Pullman VW Durham. It has been effortless and joyful from start to finish. From the moment Max & I came in to look at the cars we were 'looked after' by Dean. Dean is an absolute credit to your company! He is knowledgeable, well informed, polite and an extremely personable young man. I would be proud if he were my son (and yes, I am old enough to be his mother haha) and I hope that VW are proud to have him as an employee. My main praise for you all is the way in which my son Max was treated. As a single mother of a severly Autistic teenage son, I often find life quite difficult & sometimes feel 'judged' for the way Max is when we're out & about in public. You all interacted so brilliantly with Max and that put me at ease. I am so thankful to Motability for allowing Max & I to have this lease car and so grateful to you all at Pullman VW for your kindness. Customer service is key. You have got yours spot on!
