Through the whole process Chris was highly knowledgeable, kept us well informed, and made this a very pleasurable experience. The small touches of everyone knowing who we were, and the disciplined organisation around appointments, down to the chap welcoming us and showing us to a parking space when we arrived, was nice and very effective. This is the second car that we’ve bought from Pullman and on both occasions the service was first class.
