Mick and his trainee Dean were both extremely helpful in answering my questions and providing me with the information I needed both at your dealership and on the phone. When I had decided to purchase the car, Mick was also great in raising the condition of the car up to a really high level to ensure my satisfaction. I was very grateful for this and understand that the dealership went out of their way to do this for me. This made the three hour drive down from Glasgow worth it. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at Pulman which is more than I can say about some other car dealerships I have dealt with in the past and I will reflect my satisfaction in the customer survey which I am expecting to receive soon. SUNDERLAND BRANCH - I don't think there was anything could really improve. I was welcomed into the show room and introduced to Mike, who was very polite, friendly and attentive. I had thoroughly researched the Tiguan before buying it and he was able to answer questions to confirm my needs. He discussed the differences and advantages/benefits between the models and I was able to chose the higher spec model because of this, without feeling I had been railroaded into choosing it. I have already recommended that my family members speak to Mike and his team when they are ready to look for a new car. I was given a hand over time to suit myself and when there was a problem with the delivery Mike immediately contact me to rearrange a new suitable time. I was not inconvenienced by this in any way. He was most apologetic and I was compensated satisfactorily. I did not need any funding as I had the cash ready and Mike was made aware of this immediately. I was given a test drive which I thoroughly enjoyed and was able to see the features of the car better because of this. In fact I had been to another dealership, who were going to book me in for a test drive later in the week. Mike, however, made the time to let me have my test drive straight away. The test drive could have been longer, but that was only because I enjoyed it so much. I was really impressed by the whole experience of the delivery of my car. Mike was ready with all the paper work, a necessary evil, and when I changed my mind on the three year cover, he readily made changes for me with no fuss. I was given a familiarity drive around with an in depth explanation of the features, there are a lot in this car. I was introduced to the whole team who were also very polite and pleasant. I have been contacted since by Mike and Lee and was really thrilled with the video message. I cannot thank Mike enough for treating me with such care and attention, he really looked after me and I hope he will get the opportunity to do so again with my family members when they need to buy their new car. I am 57 years old.
